Color Guide
Team colors need clear references. Screens, printed artwork and physical fabric can look different, so buyers should provide the best available color information before artwork approval.
Color References Buyers Can Provide
Pantone / PMS
A useful reference when a team has formal brand colors or needs repeat-order consistency.
CMYK
Common in print artwork files, but final fabric appearance still needs review.
RGB
Useful for screens and digital mockups, but it is not a physical fabric color standard.
Existing Samples
Photos or previous garments can help explain the target, although lighting can affect photos.
Screen Vs Physical Fabric
A color on a phone, laptop or PDF preview can differ from the final printed fabric. Lighting, fabric texture, display settings and print process can all affect perception.
For repeat orders, provide the previous order reference, artwork file or physical color reference when available.
Best practice: send Pantone references, logo files and photos of existing uniforms, then confirm the color direction during artwork review.
