1. If i don’t have vector file, will you still accept my order？

   We can help you do design if you have JPG or PNG with higher version

2. Can i have a sample before i going to place a form order?

   Yes, we can supply a sample first with sample fee, or you can place sample order with different size,fabric or style,thus you can check it by yourself.

3. Can we use sublimation printing on any type of products?

  No, sublimation is normally applied on to 100% polyester.

4. I can’t find my size on your size chart, can you do my size?

   Of course, we can custom your size, if you have your own size chart that would be great help for us.
